Biblicismy v české architektuře 17. století

Imitations of early Christian and Romanesque buildings constitute a parallel to the well-known Gothicising principle in Bohemian Baroque architecture. The author treats particular examples of Biblicisms; that is, replicas of buildings that have a legendary relationship to the Holy Land and the form of which is codified in terms of Biblical and apocryphal accounts. In Bohemia, this concerns mainly Loretos and Holy Sepulchres.
