Hans Getzinger was a master builder who headed the Rožmberk building guild from 1497. His style had an impact on South Bohemian architecture until the 1530s. The author of this study looks at the influences on his work, based on analysis of Gothic plans in the collection of the Vienna Academy. The author suggests that the master may have trained in Passau.
