Jan Matulka a Václav Vytlačil, průkopníci modernismu v americkém umění

Painters Jan Matulka and Václav Vytlačil ranked among lesser-known Czech artists living and working on the American continent. Matulka's family moved to America with Jan in 1907, while Vytlačil was already born here in 1892 as a son of Czech emigrants. In a broader context, the article deals with the life, personal contacts and works of art of these two artists.
