Česká bytová výstavba v období 1945-1964

Post-war housing development in Bohemia is mainly associated with industrialisation and the emergence of housing estates. The author maps out this development from the first two-year period (1946-1947), which followed on from the tradition of functionalism, to the stage of socialist realism, the subsequent first standardised prefabricated houses and the so-called experiments of the 1960s, which were cut short by the period of Normalisation after 1968.
